What to expect after you submit something

After you submit a ticket, you'll typically hear back within one business day. You'll see any reply directly in your ticket, and you're welcome to reply back with more detail or a follow-up question — it's a real back-and-forth conversation, not a one-time form.

Feedback doesn't get an individual reply the same way a ticket does, but it is read and factored into what gets prioritized.
