Operon Core AI LLC ("Operon," "we," "us," or "our") — Mission Control Platform
This Privacy Policy describes how Operon Core AI LLC collects, uses, discloses, and processes information in connection with our marketing website, pilot and evaluation programs, and the Mission Control platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Account and contact information: name, email, company name, role, billing details, and similar information submitted through forms or onboarding.

2. How We Use Information
- Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the Services
- Communicating with you about your account, demos, pilots, security, and support
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions
- Monitoring usage, performance, and fraud prevention
- Improving AI output quality within your tenant environment
- Complying with law, enforcing our terms, and protecting rights and safety
3. Tenant Isolation and Client Data
Mission Control is designed to support client-isolated operating environments. Each client's data, runtime environment, credentials, approval history, and configuration are stored in isolated per-tenant directories and are not shared across client accounts.
4. AI Processing and Workflow Data
When you use AI-assisted features, content you submit may be processed by large language models including services from OpenAI and Anthropic, invoked on your behalf. Operon does not use your Client Data to train general-purpose third-party models without your consent.
5. Connector Credential Handling
Credentials you authorize through the Platform are stored in your tenant-isolated environment. You may revoke connector access at any time through the Platform's integration settings or directly through the Connected System. Operon does not sell, share, or use your connector credentials for any purpose other than operating the Platform on your behalf.
6. Learning System and Model Improvement
The Platform's learning layer captures anonymized records of how AI-drafted content is reviewed, edited, and approved within your account. This information is used solely to improve AI-generated draft quality for your account. You may opt out in Platform settings.
7. Third-Party Sub-Processors
The Services use third-party sub-processors including: DigitalOcean (cloud hosting), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI model providers), Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and Vercel (marketing site hosting).
8. Data Retention
We retain Client Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon subscription termination, Client Data may be retained for a transition period before deletion.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.
