AI Governance & Operations Disclosure

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Mission Control by Operon Core AI LLC is designed as a governed AI operations platform. This disclosure describes how AI is used within the platform, what controls exist, and what responsibilities rest with operators and clients.

1. How AI Is Used

Mission Control uses artificial intelligence to assist with: classifying incoming emails and business communications, generating draft responses and follow-up messages, routing work items to appropriate queues and workflows, and summarizing information for human review. AI is used as an assistant — not as an autonomous decision-maker.

2. Human Oversight Is Built In

The platform is designed with governance-first principles. By default, no AI-generated action is executed without explicit human approval. All actions pass through a standardized governance lifecycle:

Read → Classify → Route → Preview → Approve → Execute → Record → Recover → Explain

The platform's autoExecute setting defaults to false. Operators and clients must explicitly authorize execution of any AI-assisted action.

3. AI Limitations and Accuracy

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading outputs. Mission Control's AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified human before being sent or acted upon. No AI output from the platform should be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

4. Data and Model Providers

Mission Control uses AI services from OpenAI and Anthropic. Each client's data is processed in an isolated tenant environment. We do not share one client's data with another client's AI processing. We do not use client data to train general-purpose models without consent.

5. Operator and Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for: authorizing the appropriate connected systems, reviewing and approving AI-generated actions before execution, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws governing communications, CRM data, and automated business processes.
