Workflows
What are workflows?
A workflow is a standing instruction you set up once — describing, in your own words, what should happen when something specific occurs. For example: "When a new lead emails us, create a contact record and draft a welcome reply."
Once a workflow is set up, Mission Control watches for that situation and proposes the matching action when it happens — just like any other request, waiting in your approval queue for your decision.
Workflows don't take away your control. They just mean you don't have to describe the same kind of request from scratch every time it comes up. See Creating your first workflow.
