Understanding your approval history

Every decision you make — approve or reject — is kept in your approval history, in the order it happened.

Each entry shows what was proposed, what you decided, and when. Nothing in your history can be edited or removed after the fact — it's a permanent, accurate record of what actually happened, not a summary someone wrote after the fact.

If you're ever unsure whether something went out, or want to double-check a decision you made, your history is the place to look. It's the same information every time, not a reconstruction.
