Understanding the approval queue
Your approval queue is where every proposed action waits for your decision. Think of it as the single place you check to see what Mission Control wants to do on your behalf, before anything actually happens.
Each item in the queue shows you exactly what's being proposed — what it is, what triggered it, and what will happen if you approve it. Nothing is hidden or summarized away; you see the real thing.
You can work through the queue at your own pace. There's no urgency built in beyond what you'd naturally want — the queue simply holds each request until you make a decision.
Once you've approved or rejected something, it moves out of the active queue and into your approval history, where you can always look back at it. See How to approve or reject a request for the details.
