How to submit a support ticket
If something isn't working the way you expect, or you have a question, open Help & Support from your account and submit a ticket. Pick the category that best fits what you need help with, and describe what's going on — the more specific, the faster we can help.
You'll see your ticket listed under Your Tickets, along with its status. If we reply, you'll see it right there in the same conversation, and you can reply back the same way.
