Changing your plan
If your account has self-serve billing access, changing your plan is straightforward: choose the plan you want, and you'll see a clear preview of the cost difference before anything is confirmed. Nothing changes until you confirm it.
If you're on a plan that doesn't include self-serve billing management, you'll see an option to contact your administrator instead, who can make the change on your behalf.
Either way, your billing history and everything else about your account stays exactly as it was — only the plan itself changes.
